We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, being right in the center of Cha-Am beach. It was so convenient to have the beach just across the road, making it easy for us to take a dip in the sea whenever we wanted.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

it took 10 minutes to reach cha-am beach on foot. 16 miles from the airport. paradise corner, where you can eat, is within walking distance the hotel.

The hotel had a sensational location with the beach just across the road. Rooms were cozy, and the deluxe room was very spacious with a big bed. Despite the high price of lunch, it was considered well worth it.

The hotel staff need training and had minimal knowledge of the language.

too many local people in the beach, a guest house is nearby our hotel, too much music noisy from 7pm to mid night, you cannot sleep, no public transport use private taxi or motorcycle

This hotel didn't have car park so our family must park at nearly condomenium ...walk to hotel about 5 min.

Fantastic location, right across the beach. Great facilities for kids, perfect for families with children aged 2-7. Reasonable prices compared to other hotels in the area. Tasteful modern theme throughout the property. Delicious and varied breakfast options every day.

The staff were very helpful the rooms were nice and the rooftop pool was excellent

The breakfast menu needs more variation . The rooftop pool needs more protection from the vast number of pigeons and doves that drink from the pool and leave their droppings on the pool surround and sunbeds

The hotel was in excellent proimity to the beach and the local shopping and restaurants.

I was certian that I ordered a room with a double bed. My finace and I had to sleep in seprate single beds. When I asked about this condition I was told all rooms had single beds. The webpage where I made the booking indicated a superior double or twin. In special comments comments, I indicated that a double bed was a must have. Nonetheless.....we had a very nice time.

Amazing Value, Perfect Location

We recently had a romantic escape at a beachfront hotel and were blown away by the amazing value we received for our stay. The hotel was perfectly located with stunning views of the beach and the ocean, making it the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. We especially loved the comfortable bed and the large luxurious bathroom with a spacious shower, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. the staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help.

There were some aspects that we were not particularly impressed by during our stay. The dining options were quite limited, and we found ourselves eating at the same restaurant a few times throughout our stay.

Very helpful staff. Booked.net has that they have 1 large or 2 single beds in superior room but as we found out that is wrong. Only 2 single beds in superior room with no sea view. But they upgraded us to a deluxe room with a king size bed and a balcony with a great sea view for no extra cost because the website is wrong and it was not our fault.

We have stayed there before, so we knew what to expect and were not dissapointed. It will be nice when the building works are complete and the dust has settled

During my Xmas stay, I really enjoyed the beachfront location and the stunning view from the rooftop pool. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel is situated in a convenient location, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping areas.

the parking situation was quite challenging, as there were not enough spots for all of the guests. while there were some aspects of the hotel that I enjoyed, there were also some areas that left something to be desired.

Design

Only thing poor I ddn't like is the breakfast.

Very spacious room, nice size of bathroom. Comfortable bed. Kid's playroom was very nice, game room awesome. Pool with the slide nice for little kids. Breakfast was good too.

Wifi didnt work all the time. Pigeons on the balcony.
